You had a great app and periodically I look at what other apps are created by the apps I already have and like and I give them a try. I appreciate that you wanna make money but you don’t lower the quality of your product after it’s already in the customers hands to do it. This app has always been able to resize and crop but now only resizes and I can either buy your other app or pay for an upgrade.

You don’t push through an update that changes the app and then create a an upgrade feature. However you do that to the future downloaders of the app or you discontinue the app and creat 2 new ones you don’t change the functionality of the app of current customers who bought your app that no longer offers.

If you want to downgrade the app and want to make more money by splitting it into 2 apps so be it. The update turned me around and I call fowl. So I’ve had this app forever and had zero complaints and in fact I’ve encouraged people to get it. People complained over the crop tool being removed and you heard that and put it back. I don’t judge people by their mistakes but by how the rectify them and that’s what was done.
